Julia Jenkins Dawson, DMD
Dr. Julia Jenkins Dawson is a native of Lebanon, Kentucky. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky and DMD from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. After working for a few years in Northern Kentucky, she and her husband moved back to the Louisville Area to be closer to family. Before purchasing this practice in Jeffersonville, she was most recently working as an associate at a private practice Louisville as well as at her sister’s dental practice in Lebanon, KY.She currently lives in Jeffersontown, KY with her husband and two cats – and they have the perfect backyard for a dog! She enjoys watching the Great British Baking Show (this dentist loves sweets!), Trivia, and Reading. She also enjoys playing board games and being a “favorite aunt” to her twelve nieces and nephews! Skill and compassion go hand in hand when providing exceptional patient care. As a dental professional, Dr. Dawson stays up to date on the latest advancements in dentistry to provide the most current treatment options for her patients. As a doctor, she recognizes that her patients are unique individuals who have placed a great deal of trust in her and her team. That is just one reason why she values each and every patient relationship. Dr. Dawson has noticed that the community of Jeffersonville is incredibly welcoming! As one of the few solo-practitioner dentists in the area, Dr. Dawson is excited to get to know her patients and their families on a one-on-one basis.
